General Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Intro offers are available only to new clients of Playa Pilates HoMa who have not previously purchased a class, package, or membership at our studio.
Activation Date: All intro offers are activated on the date of your first class booking/attendance, not the date of purchase.
Limit: Each new client is entitled to purchase and use one (1) introductory/opening offer package only. You cannot purchase multiple versions of the new client offer.
Non-Transferable: Offers are strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to another individual.
No Refunds: Offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or studio credit, unless otherwise specified.
Booking: All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system or studio app.
Cancellation Policy applies to all offers. (see full policy below)

Intro Pass
Classes must be used within 2 consecutive weeks from the date of the client's first class attendance. No extensions will be granted.
This pass is valid only for the class type purchased (Reformer or Mat) and cannot be combined or transferred between the two class types.

5-Week Pilates Challenge
As of August 11th our Challenge has been upgraded to feature a more complete experience. The renovated Free 5 Week Pilates Challenge has a value of $349+ tax. This includes an 1-1 30 minute assessment, and a total of 10 classes. Our Hochelaga location will include a mix of Mat & Reformer classes so you get more out of your Pilates foundation.
Complete classes within Five (5) consecutive weeks, starting on the date of your first class. You will also need to complete your 1-1 assessment at any time in between your classes.
To qualify for a studio credit, the client must fulfill all "Challenge Completion" requirements outlined below.
The client must attend all 10 classes (2 classes per week) within the 5-week period + the assessment session. Note that the assessment session is separate from the 10 classes that must be completed within 5 weeks (twice a week).
Upon successful completion, the client may choose to use their credit towards any regular-priced membership, package or founders membership (if the challenge was purchased before February 15, 2026). The tax is not applicable towards credit.
Clients who purchased the Challenge during our Grand Opening (before February 15, 2026) have the choice of a full refund or a studio credit upon successful completion.
If the client fails to meet the challenge attendance requirement, the initial deposit is forfeited and will not be credited at the end.
Should the Client fail to attend a required class or classes within the Challenge period, they remain eligible to participate in all subsequent, scheduled Challenge classes.

Founder Membership
This Founding Member Pass grants the client unlimited access to the specified class types for a fixed Initial Term of 3 consecutive months, starting from the date of activation.
Clients utilizing the Unlimited Access (Initial Term) of this Pass are restricted to booking a maximum of one (1) class per day.
The Pass must be activated by the client's first class booking/attendance date. The 3-month Initial Term begins on this date and is non-extendable.
Upon successful purchase and activation of a Founding Member Pass, the client is entitled to a perpetual 10% discount on all future purchases of regularly priced class packages, single classes, or regular price unlimited memberships purchased after the 3-month Initial Term expires.
Discount Scope:
Reformer + Mat Founding Members: The 10% discount applies to all regularly priced class purchases (Reformer and Mat).
Mat Only Founding Members: The 10% discount is restricted and applies only to Mat Pilates class packages, Mat single classes, and Mat unlimited memberships offered at the studio's regular prices.
Private Classes Not-included
The 10% discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, sale, introductory offer, or specially priced package. It applies strictly to the non-discounted, regular retail price.
Each new client is entitled to purchase and use only one (1) version of the Founding Member Pass.
Unlimited Summer Pass Holders
Summer Unlimited memberships include guest passes and vacation holds during the summer period only.
Guest passes and vacation holds cannot be used or extended beyond the summer period.
Pass holders can invite three guest (each guest must be a first time client to either studio).

Please note that vacation holds will be honored until labor day weekend.
Cancellation Policy
Required Notice: A client must cancel their scheduled class booking no less than twelve (12) hours prior to the class start time.
Early Cancel: If a client cancels a class with more than 12 hours notice, the class credit will be returned to their package or membership without penalty.
Late Cancel: If a client cancels a class with less than 12 hours notice, or fails to show up for a reserved class (No Show), the following penalties apply:
Class Package Holders (e.g., Intro Pass, Regular Class Packs, Auto Renew Memberships): The class credit will be deducted from the client's package balance as if the client had attended.
5-Week Challenge: The client will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $10 or a No Show Fee of 100% of the full-price value of the class to the credit card on file. The client will keep their class credit in order to complete the challenge.
Unlimited Membership Holders (e.g., Founding Members, Regular Unlimited): The client will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $10 of the full-price value of the class or a No Show Fee of 100% of the full-price value of the class to the credit card on file.
The 12-hour cancellation rule may be subject to reasonable exceptions at the sole discretion of studio management in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Auto-Renew monthly memberships can be cancelled within 30 days notice - any unused classes at the end of the month will not be credited to the next. Auto-Renew monthly memberships do not apply for vacation hold.
Only unlimited monthly memberships apply for vacation hold (maximum of 5 days vacation hold per month). These memberships can be cancelled within 30 days notice.
