General Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: These offers are available only to new clients of Playa Pilates HoMa who have not previously purchased a class, package, or membership at our studio.

  1. Activation Date: All offers are activated on the date of your first class booking/attendance, not the date of purchase.

  2. Limit: Each new client is entitled to purchase and use one (1) introductory/opening offer package only. You cannot purchase multiple versions of the new client offer.

  3. Non-Transferable: Offers are strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to another individual.

  4. No Refunds: Offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or studio credit, unless otherwise specified.

  5. Booking: All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system or studio app.

  6. Cancellation Policy applies to all offers.

Intro Pass

  1. Classes must be used within 2 consecutive weeks from the date of the client's first class attendance. No extensions will be granted.

  2. This pass is valid only for the class type purchased (Reformer or Mat) and cannot be combined or transferred between the two class types.

  3. This offer is available exclusively to new clients who have not previously purchased a class, package, or membership at our studio

5-Week Challenge

  1. Reformer: $299 deposit required. Mat: $199 deposit required.

  2. Five (5) consecutive weeks, starting on the date of your first class.

  3. To qualify for a full refund or studio credit, the client must fulfill all "Challenge Completion" requirements outlined below.

  4. The client must attend a minimum of 10 classes (2 classes per week) within the 5-week period.

  5. Upon successful completion, the client may choose between a full refund of the initial deposit or a full studio credit equivalent to the deposit amount, valid for use towards any regular-priced membership

  6. If the client fails to meet the challenge attendance requirement, the initial deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

  7. Should the Client fail to attend a required class or classes within the Challenge period, they remain eligible to participate in all subsequent, scheduled Challenge classes.

  8. This offer is available exclusively to new clients who have not previously purchased a class, package, or membership at our studio.

Founder Membership

  1. This Founding Member Pass grants the client unlimited access to the specified class types for a fixed Initial Term of 3 consecutive months, starting from the date of activation.

  2. Clients utilizing the Unlimited Access (Initial Term) of this Pass are restricted to booking a maximum of one (1) class per day.

  3. The Pass must be activated by the client's first class booking/attendance date. The 3-month Initial Term begins on this date and is non-extendable.

  4. Upon successful purchase and activation of a Founding Member Pass, the client is entitled to a perpetual 10% discount on all future purchases of regularly priced class packages, single classes, or regular price unlimited memberships purchased after the 3-month Initial Term expires.

  5. Discount Scope:

    • Reformer + Mat Founding Members: The 10% discount applies to all regularly priced class purchases (Reformer and Mat).

    • Mat Only Founding Members: The 10% discount is restricted and applies only to Mat Pilates class packages, Mat single classes, and Mat unlimited memberships offered at the studio's regular prices.

    • Private Classes Not-included

  6. The 10% discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, sale, introductory offer, or specially priced package. It applies strictly to the non-discounted, regular retail price.

  7. Each new client is entitled to purchase and use only one (1) version of the Founding Member Pass.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Required Notice: A client must cancel their scheduled class booking no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the class start time.

  2. Early Cancel: If a client cancels a class with more than 24 hours notice, the class credit will be returned to their package or membership without penalty.

  3. Late Cancel: If a client cancels a class with less than 24 hours notice, or fails to show up for a reserved class (No Show), the following penalties apply:

    • Class Package Holders (e.g., Intro Pass, 5-Week Challenge, Regular Class Packs): The class credit will be deducted from the client's package balance as if the client had attended.

    • Unlimited Membership Holders (e.g., Founding Members, Regular Unlimited): The client will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of 50% of the full-price value of the class or a No Show Fee of 100% of the full-price value of the class to the credit card on file.

  4. The 24-hour cancellation rule may be subject to reasonable exceptions at the sole discretion of studio management in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
