You must sign our Liability Waiver via the Mindbody app when you book your first class before arriving at the studio.

We provide all the necessary equipment, so you just need to bring yourself! However, grip socks are mandatory. If you don’t own a pair, we sell them in-studio—just arrive a few minutes early to purchase them.

Classes are 50 minutes long and start promptly.
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to get settled.
Our Late Policy: To protect the flow of the class and the safety of our clients, we reserve the right to decline entry to those arriving after the session has started.

EN: The class is taught in English only.
FR/EN: The class is bilingual, taught in both French and English.

Yes. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries or if you are prenatal/postnatal before the session begins.

Most of our classes are prenatal and postnatal friendly! The only exception is the Classical 34 class. For all other classes, instructors will provide modifications once you notify them of your status.

Not at all. Pilates is a personal practice focused on mastering foundations and maintaining precise control over every movement rather than competing with others.

We recommend completing at least 5 Rookie classes. Between your 3rd and 5th session, feel free to ask your instructor if you’re ready to progress or if a few more sessions would help solidify your foundation

Level 1.5 offers a vast variety of movements and instructor styles. You can spend weeks, months, or even years at this level and still find it consistently challenging.

Level 2 is an advanced progression that focuses on high-level precision and complex movements.
