While all Reformer Pilates classes provide an exceptional foundation for athletic conditioning, we engineered a dedicated program specifically for the needs of the running community. Our Stride & Stability course focuses on the mechanical blind spots that runners face. This specialized course runs twice a week and is available at both our Griffintown and Hochelaga studios.
